Your report on the Cingular Tower Application in the city was most helpful. While Council ultimately voted to allow the construction of the tower to proceed, your report allowed them to focus on important issues. Thank you for your assistance. I am attaching a revised Ordinance that had its first reading last evening and would appreciate your giving the City a quote as to how much you would charge to review and recommend language changes, if any. This is an e-mail we received from a City Attorney recently. It shows that some cell sites are OK, but you need to know how to review them. |
