The PlanWireless newsletter is published by Kreines & Kreines, Inc., consultants to cities, counties and regional agencies as well as to landlords with cell sites on their properties.  Kreines & Kreines, Inc. does not serve any telecommunications carriers or their consultants.  Kreines & Kreines, Inc. believes that local governments need a different perspective than the industry's or the FCC's from which to examine personal wireless facilities.

PlanWireless is published every other month. Subscriptions are $60 for six issues (published one every other month). Back issues of PlanWireless (beginning monthly in March 1996) are available for $10 per issue.

PlanWireless contains articles on wireless planning and leasing cell sites that are of interest to city, county and regional representatives as well as to private landlords with cell sites on their properties.
